Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:
The product is damaged upon arrival.
The product is defective or not as described.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any other reason if the product has been opened or used.
Unopened Products If the product remains unopened, sealed in its original packaging, and in brand-new resalable condition, it may be eligible for return at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss.
Time Frame All return requests must be initiated within 5 days of the date you receive the product. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Return Process
Contact our customer service team via email or through our website to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, photos of the damage/defect (if applicable), and a brief explanation.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Ship the product back to us in its original packaging (where possible), along with all accessories and documentation.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process a full refund to your original payment method if the return meets our policy criteria. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above.
